Cancellation and Refund Terms
1. Standard Reservations
Cancellation Timeframe:
- Up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
- Within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time: 50% refund of the rental amount.
- No-show or cancellation after the scheduled pick-up time: No refund.
2. Special Promotions and Prepaid Bookings
Cancellation Timeframe:
- Up to 7 days before the scheduled pick-up time: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
- Within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up time: 25% refund of the rental amount.
- No-show or cancellation after the scheduled pick-up time: No refund.
3. Long-Term Rentals (30 days or more)
Cancellation Timeframe:
- Up to 14 days before the scheduled pick-up time: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
- Within 14 days of the scheduled pick-up time: 50% refund of the rental amount.
- No-show or cancellation after the scheduled pick-up time: No refund.
Early Return Policy
If you choose to return the vehicle before the end of the rental period, no refunds will be provided for the unused days.
Changes to Reservations
If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as modifying the pick-up or drop-off dates, vehicle type, or rental location, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.
Refund Process

Please provide your reservation details, including the booking reference number, full name, and contact information. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation of your cancellation or change request.
Non-Refundable Charges
Certain charges are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Insurance and protection products
- GPS and additional equipment rentals
- Additional driver fees
- Fuel charges
- One-way fees (if applicable)
Payment Method for Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please inform our customer service team to arrange an alternative method.
